Fanisha Cowan brings to the organization a strong desire to serve, teach, and lead in an alternative, educational setting. Through the years, she has earned a variety of accolades such as; Beginning Teacher of the Year, Social Studies Teacher of the Year, Best IEP’s Written During the School Year, and many more. Serving students that are under performing is something Ms. Cowan is passionate about. Ms. Cowan has also been in leadership roles such as; Mathematics Department Chair, School Leadership Department Chair, Curriculum Council Department Chair, and Exceptional Children Lead Teacher.
